We aim to make your stay with us in the Bay of Islands the best that you will experience. We are small enough to be personal with only 9 units - spacious 1 & 2 bedroom units with separate lounges, as well as 3 studios. We have Classic, Premium & Superior rooms. Our Classic rooms offer good value and comfort. Our premium rooms have a little bit more comfort , and our superior rooms have superb bathrooms with extra quality furnishings and fittings. The Pearl of the Bay Motel is located 1.5 km from the centre of Paihia overlooking the Bay of Islands towards Opua Harbour. Our quiet location offers spacious grounds with and sea and rural views. Take a short stroll down to Te Haumi beach and explore the coastal walkways. Walk over the hill or around the coast to Paihia township where there are cafes, shops and the wharf. Tours pick you up at the door to Cape Reinga and cruises around the beautiful Bay of Islands.
