To make a new reservation or amend an existing reservation

Credit card details will be required for payment to ensure your reservation is confirmed. Most major credit cards are accepted.

Reservations made prior to arrival in New Zealand
Reservations made with our Central Reservations Office are guaranteed unless cancelled by you prior 48 hours before the date of stay.
Standard check-in is anytime after 2pm. If you are expecting to check in after 7pm please phone and advise the motel proprietor (use the free phone number listed) of your estimated time of arrival.
Please check out by 10am. If you require a late check-out, please discuss with the motel proprietor. An additional charge may apply.
Cancellations can be made direct with the motel or via our toll free Central Reservations Office -0800 804 65336. In either case they must reach the Motel prior to 4 pm, 48 hours before the date of stay. Failure to cancel your reservation by this time will result in full cancellation charges.
Children under 2 years sharing the same bed as adults are free of charge, but where a bed or cot is required, extra charges apply.

Concerns or complaints
Should you experience any difficulties with your motel accommodation, please contact your Golden Chain host during your stay to register your concern. Every effort will be made to rectify the situation and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
