Our rooms come in 2 standards - Blue for travellers on a budget, or Gold for our fully-refurbished superior accommodation. With 19 rooms and plenty of off-street parking, Averill Court Motel is also ideal for groups of around 70 people travelling together. Your hosts, Sue and Danny, welcome you to Paihia. Fully-refurbished in 2011, these 5 x studio units and 4 x 1-bedroom apartments include brand new kitchens, tiled bathrooms, modern bedding and furniture. 26" flat-screen TVs with satellite Freeview are standard in all these rooms. A central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun deck is centrally located within the motel grounds. An attractive covered BBQ and outdoor seating area was also built in 2011 for our guests to enjoy during their stay.
