 Qualmark 4 star rating -  Excellent . Consistently achieves high quality levels with a wide range of facilities and services.  Excellent. Consistently achieves high quality levels with a wide range of facilities and services.
 Qualmark 5 star rating -  Exceptional . Among the best available in New Zealand.  Exceptional. Among the best available in New Zealand.
PLUS + Plus. Those offering a better range and quality of facilities and services within their grading are recognised with a "Plus".
 Qualmark applied for - Indicates the property has joined Qualmark, but the grade is still being being finalised

Applied for. Indicates the property is undergoing an assessment for grading.
